What you'll do

7:30 am: Pick-up at your Parisian address.

9:00 am: Stop at Hautvillers, a charming village which is the cradle of the Champagne. Contemplating the view on the vineyard, stop off at the traditional bakery of the village. Visit of the abbey of Dom Perignon nd Dom Ruinart, where they are buried.

10:00 am: A worldwide major Champagne house. We are used to go to Moët & Chandon and Dom Pérignon headquarters and cellars in Epernay. Moët is used to be full 3 weeks before the booking. Two tastings are included. Veuve Cliquot, Mumm or Taittinger in Reims if you prefer, just write us ! In case of no availability at Moet, we go to Ayala or Boizel in Epernay Champagne avenue.

Ayala cellar in Ay

11:00 am: Wander around Epernay on the Champagne avenue where the most prestigious houses such as Moët Chandon, Laurent Perrier, Boizel, Venoge and Castellane are aligned. Possibility to enter the shops and bars of these Champagne Houses.

Vollereaux familiy house

1:00 pm: Lunch in Epernay in a traditional restaurant with a large choice of menus. Not included. During the spring and summer it’s possible to have a picnic, 50 euros extra-fee, Champagne included.

2:30 pm: Visit of a local family winegrower ! We are use to go at Constant-Lemaire in the lovely village of Villers-sur-Châtillon (Decanter awarded!), Vollereaux in Pierry, or Liébart-Regnier in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon (organic certification). The advantage of these family winemakers is that they own the entire process in their small domain: press, vats, bottling…4 glasses of tasting at the end of the tour.
